门诊药房是医院面对患者的重要窗口之一,服务质量直接影响着医院在患者心目中的形象;调剂工作的误差会影响患者用药的安全性和有效性,会对患者的身体健康造成严重影响。本文根据笔者在医院门诊药房十几年的工作经验实践,对医院门诊药房药品调配和发放中出现差错的原因进行分析,进而提出防范差错的措施,为患者提供安全的、满意的医疗服务。现报道如下。1药品差错与分析由于我院每天患者就诊量达6000多人,门诊药房工作人
Outpatient pharmacy is one of the important windows facing the patients in the hospital, the quality of service directly affects the image of the hospital in the patients’ minds. The error of the adjustment will affect the safety and effectiveness of the medication, which will seriously affect the health of the patients .
