文章通过冰点测试试验、融冰化雪试验、腐蚀试验研究了自制融雪抑冰材料的基本特性,并分析总结了不同混合料空隙率、降雨量和温度条件下材料的析出量和析出次数的规律。结果显示,自制融雪抑冰材料腐蚀性低,可以降低路面冰点,延长结冰时间,简化除雪化冰过程;随着混合料初始空隙率的递增,盐分析出次数相应递减,基于融雪盐混合料耐久性及融雪持久性综合考虑,融雪盐混合料空隙率的最佳范围为3%~4%;经过多次降雨模拟过程,混合料的盐分析出量仍然大于盐分析出目标值,满足融雪效能要求;随着温度的升高,融雪盐混合料的盐分析出量随之增大,24h后混合料盐分析出量逐渐稳定,缓慢增长。
In this paper, the basic characteristics of self-made snowmelt ice-suppressing materials are studied by means of freezing point test, melting ice-snowing test and corrosion test.
