笔者将新入院的42例急性心肌梗塞病人随机分为2组:①观察组(用蝮蛇抗栓酶为主治疗):22例,其中广泛前壁10例、下壁6例、前间壁伴左室高侧壁6例。②对照组(用极化液为主治疗):20例,其中广泛前壁9例,下壁7例,前间壁及左室高侧壁4例。
The new admission of 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups: ① observation group (mainly treated with viper snake antithrombin): 22 cases, of which 10 cases were extensive anterior wall, 6 cases of inferior wall, anterior wall with 6 cases of left ventricular high side wall. ② The control group (mainly treated with polarized solution): 20 cases, including 9 cases of extensive anterior wall, 7 cases of inferior wall, 4 cases of anterior wall and left ventricular high side wall.
