运用ICP光谱仪进行铜及铜合金中铅含量的测定,通过结果的统计分析,因测试的样品溶液与校正溶液基体不匹配,从而受到物理与电离干扰,导致结果偏离。本文利用中实国金能力验证与测量审核的样品,得出基体匹配法与标准加入法能消除干扰的影响,从而得到满意的结果。 The determination of lead content in copper and copper alloy by ICP spectrometer was conducted. The results of statistical analysis showed that the results were deviated due to the mismatch between the tested sample solution and the calibration solution matrix. In this paper, we use the real gold ability verification and measurement audit samples, obtained matrix matching method and standard addition method can eliminate the interference, and get satisfactory results.
