无保护性槽帮结壳的电解槽在运行时会造成侧部内衬破损和电解工艺指标降低。近年来,对保护层材料的选择和研究正给予新的注意。在文献中,曾建议把电解槽侧衬附一层刚玉、氧化铝、碳化硅为主的保护材料。但在使用刚玉、氧化铝这类保护层时并未收到预期的效果,而且在工业电解槽上使用碳化硅会降低铝的质量。为了找到人工保护侧部碳衬用的新材料,在本文中,作为一些研究项目选用了以下几种材料;菱镁砖([苏国家标准]4689—
An unprotected trough bath’s electrolyzer can cause side lined damage and reduced electrolytic process specifications during operation. In recent years, new attention is being given to the selection and research of protective layer materials. In the literature, it has been suggested that the side of the cell line with a layer of corundum, alumina, silicon carbide-based protective material. However, the use of protective coatings such as corundum and alumina did not produce the expected results, and the use of silicon carbide on industrial cells reduced the quality of aluminum. In order to find new materials for the artificial protection of side carbon linings, the following materials were selected for some of the research projects in this paper; magnesite bricks ([SU] 4689-
