以太阳神口服液为阳性对照药,研究了康乐宝对氢化可的松所致小鼠阳虚证的对抗作 用。实验证明,小鼠每kg体重肌注氢化可的松 0.04 g/d,连续 7 d,可致阳虚模型。康乐宝高、低剂 量组小鼠于第 4~8 d分别每 kg体重灌胃给药 12. 8和 2. 2 g/d。与阳虚模型组小鼠相比,康乐宝可 明显改善小鼠阳虚症状,增加阳虚小鼠体重并升高体温;明显提高阳虚小鼠耐寒能力,高、低剂量组 小鼠死亡率分别降低27%和16%;还可明显促进阳虚小鼠小肠推进运动,高、低剂量组小鼠小肠碳 末推进率分别为90.7%±5.6%和90.6%±5.4%,阳虚模型组小鼠为73.5%±6.0%(P<0.01)。 康乐宝高剂量组还可明显增加阳虚小鼠胸腺重量(P<0.05),但对脾脏重量无明显影响(P> 0.05)。结果提示:康乐宝对氢化可的松所致小鼠阳虚证具有明显对抗作用。
With Sunspot oral solution as a positive control drug, Kanglebao was used to study the antagonistic effect of hydrocortisone on mice with Yang deficiency. Experiments have shown that mice with intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone 0.04 g/d per kg body weight for 7 days can cause Yang deficiency model. The mice in the Kanglebao high- and low-dose groups were administered intragastrically per kg body weight on the 4th to 8th days. 8 and 2. 2 g/d. Compared with the mice in the yang-deficiency model group, Kanglebao can significantly improve the symptoms of yang deficiency in mice, increase the body weight of the yang deficiency mice and raise the body temperature; significantly improve the cold-resistance ability of the yang-deficiency mice, and increase the mortality of mice in the high and low dose groups. Respectively decreased by 27% and 16%; can also significantly promote the small intestine advancing exercise in mice with Yang deficiency. The advancing rate of small intestine caryosine in mice with high and low doses was 90.7%±5.6% and 90.6%±5, respectively. The percentage of mice in the yang deficiency model group was 73.5%±6.0% (P<0.01). Kang Lebao high-dose group also significantly increased the thymus weight in Yang deficiency mice (P<0.05), but had no significant effect on spleen weight (P> 0.05). The results suggest that: Kang Lebao has obvious antagonistic effect on hydrogen-induced cortisol-induced mouse yang deficiency.
