本标准适用于JB 1266-72《电站汽轮机和船用汽轮机叶轮锻件技术条件》中各类叶轮锻件的超声探伤.其它轮盘状锻件可参考使用.1 应用前提1.1 本标准采用2~2.5兆赫的探测频率,按脉冲反射式原理,在叶轮锻件的全端面上(即轮壳、轮腹、轮缘的两个端平面上)进行直探头接触法探伤,探头的最大直径为28毫米.必要时可使用其它行之有效的方法(如变换探测频率、探头规格、增加探伤面等)进行检查.
