本文根据结核性胸膜炎22例和癌性胸膜炎36例的临床分析,结合文献提出鉴别要点如下:(1)平均年龄:结核性45.5岁,癌性63.7岁。结核性在各年龄组都有发生,癌性均在40岁以上。40岁以上者1:3.7癌性占多数。(2)首发症状:结核性开始发热胸痛者占59％,癌性仅14％,而呼吸困难和嘶哑为28％和14％。(3)结素试验:结核性者阳性反应占95.3％,癌性仅30％。有助于鉴别。
According to the clinical analysis of 22 cases of tuberculous pleurisy and 36 cases of cancerous pleurisy, the main points of identification based on the literature are as follows: (1) The average age is 45.5 years with tuberculosis and 63.7 years old with canceration.
