建设“小餐饮便民服务区”是武汉在全国率先实施的强化食品安全保障工作的一项好的举措,收到了较好的社会成效。但当前小餐饮便民服务区建设工作中仍然面临小餐饮卫生反弹较为严重、小餐饮便民服务区缺乏统一管理标准、小餐饮便民服务区工作开展不平衡等问题。因此,如何将这一创新举措长期而有效的发展下去,使之成为小餐饮监管的典范,探索一套行之有效的小餐饮便民服务区的规范化管理模式,净化食品安全环境,就成为我们当前亟待解决的工作重点。
The construction of “small catering convenience service area” is a good measure taken by Wuhan to take the lead in implementing food safety protection in the country and has received good social results. However, the construction of small meals and convenience service areas is still facing serious problems such as a slight rebound in small-scale catering services, a lack of unified management standards for small-sized food and convenience service areas, and unbalanced work in small food and convenience service areas. Therefore, the long-term and effective development of this innovative measure will enable it to become a model for supervision of small restaurants and explore a standardized management model of a well-established service center for small meals and conveniences. Purifying the food safety environment will become our current Urgent work to be done.
