1故障现象进入2011年冬季,乌兰察布市联通四子王旗分公司所在地(乌兰花镇)不断有用户提出故障申告,申告的内容主要是互联网业务;特别是在进入数九季节后,申告的用户数量逐渐增多,远超出了正常情况。这引起了分公司的重视,派分管经理组织专人对申告用户进行了仔细的询问和记录,并且对故障现象进行了统计分类。故障现象基本上可分为以下几类:a.不能上网和打电话;b.不能上网,但能打电话;c.能上网,但是上网速度慢;d.上网不稳定,经常断线;e.能上网,但是不能打电话或电话杂音太大。
