上海公私合营创造电工仪器工业社半导体实验室,不久以前试制煤油灯半导体温差发电器成功。这种半导体温差发电器,是仿照苏联—3型制造的。它可以套在煤油灯的玻璃罩上,依靠煤油灯的热来发电,直接将热能转变为电能。它可以产生4瓦的电力。经过直流升压器后,这些电力足够供给一部7灯干电收音机的应用,收听广播,声音响亮,连续使用,效果稳定。
