目的:通过比较Amicus、Trima Accel和MCS Plus 3种血细胞分离机采集单份血小板的采集过程数据,寻求提高单份血小板的采集效率和献血舒适度的方法。方法:84名献血者,随机分为3组,分别使用Amicus、Trima Accel和MCS Plus采集单份血小板。评估3种机型的血小板采集效率、时间及产量。结果:MCS Plus的处理血量(2 909.85±208.93)ml、产量(2.83±0.32)×1011/袋、ACD用量(306.94±18.14)ml和采集时间(80.82±8.187)min均为最大,采集速率(0.035±0.004)×1011/min最小,较另两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Amicus的处理血量(2294.9±229.55)ml最少,但采集效率(71.57%±4.67%)最高,较其他两者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Trima Accel的产品体积274.43(268~280)ml最小。另外除1例MCS Plus献血者外,其余献血者无献血反应报告。结论:采集单份血小板产品,MCS Plus产量最高,而Amicus采集效率最高。根据不同情况灵活使用,可提高单采血小板采集效率和献血者舒适度。
OBJECTIVE: To compare single-platelet collection data with Amicus, Trima Accel, and MCS Plus to find ways to increase platelet collection efficiency and blood donation comfort. METHODS: Eighty-four blood donors were randomly divided into three groups. Single platelets were collected using Amicus, Trima Accel and MCS Plus respectively. Assess the platelet collection efficiency, timing and yield of the three models. Results: The volume of blood (2.90 ± 0.32) × 1011 / bag, the amount of ACD (306.94 ± 18.14) ml and the time of collection (80.82 ± 8.187) (0.035 ± 0.004) × 1011 / min, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Amicus had the least amount of blood (2294.9 ± 229.55) ml, but the collection efficiency was the highest (71.57% ± 4.67%), which was significantly different from the other two (P <0.05). Trima Accel product volume 274.43 (268 ~ 280) ml minimum. In addition to 1 case of MCS Plus blood donors, the remaining blood donors reported no blood donation. CONCLUSIONS: Single platelet products were collected with the highest MCS Plus yield and the highest Amicus collection efficiency. Flexible use according to different situations, can improve apheresis platelet collection efficiency and blood donor comfort.
