针对包钢4150m~3高炉原料条件及实际生产状况,开展了MgO对终渣流动性影响研究,在此基础上进行了降低(MgO)生产实践。理论分析和实验室试验结果表明,在终渣Al_2O_3为14%、R_2为1.1的条件下,将终渣MgO控制在6%~10%为宜。包钢4150 m~3高炉降低(MgO)生产实践表明,在炉渣碱度稳定的前提下,炉渣脱硫能力随着镁铝比的降低而降低。建议(MgO)控制在8.0%,镁铝比控制在0.6,炉渣脱硫性能可满足生产需求。
According to the raw material condition and actual production status of 4150m ~ 3 blast furnace in Baotou Steel, the influence of MgO on the fluidity of final slag was studied. Based on this, the practice of reducing (MgO) production was carried out. Theoretical analysis and laboratory test results show that it is appropriate to control the final slag MgO at 6% -10% under the conditions of 14% final Al 2 O 3 and 1.1 R 2. The reduction of MgO production in 4150 m ~ 3 blast furnace of Baotou Steel Co., Ltd. indicates that the slag desulfurization ability decreases with the decrease of Mg / Al ratio under the condition of stable basicity of slag. Proposed (MgO) control at 8.0%, Mg-Al ratio control at 0.6, slag desulfurization performance to meet production needs.
