Occupational exposure to organic solvents and the resulting health damage caused by organic solvent-induced occupational diseases (OSODs) have raised concern[1], as they have accounted for more than 70% of occupational-poisoning cases in Guangdong province[2,3]. However, there have been limited longitudinal studies examining OSOD patterns and temporal trends with a large sample in Guangdong.
