本文围绕健全并优化现有物价管理体系、完善物价管理工作队伍、加强物价管理的流程化管理、确保医疗信息的公开透明化、强化物价管理监督力度、完善员工激励制度六个方面展开讨论,对医改下加强公立医院物价管理的实践策略进行了分析,并提出了一些作者自己的见解,希望能够对今后公立医院的物价管理工作提供一些理论建议。
This article focuses on the six aspects of improving and optimizing the existing price management system, improving the price management workforce, strengthening the flow management of price management, ensuring the open and transparent medical information, strengthening the supervision of price management, and perfecting the employee incentive system. Medical reform to strengthen the practice of public hospital price management were analyzed, and put forward some of the author’s own opinion, hoping to provide some theoretical advice on the future price management of public hospitals.
