本文依托国家科技支撑计划项目,自行设计建设了高温烧蚀试验平台,并采用C50混凝土制备接头试验构件(管节接头与节段接头),结合沉管隧道接头特点,用剪力键与特制Ω止水带装配试验构件,然后采用不同耐火保护方案进行构件的高温烧蚀试验。通过试验,得出了在HC或RABT升温曲线下,受火2 h时,满足耐火目标的沉管隧道接头耐火保护技术推荐方案,同时,还根据试验中反映出来的一些问题,对实际工程提出了一些实用性的建议,可为相关的科研及实际应用提供参考。
This paper relies on the national science and technology support project, designed and built a high-temperature ablation test platform and used C50 concrete to prepare joint test components (pipe joints and segment joints). Combined with the characteristics of immersed tunnel joints, Water stop assembly test components, and then use different refractory protection components for high temperature ablation test. Through the experiment, the recommended scheme of refractory protection for immersed tunnel joints which meet the fireproof target under the HC or RABT heating curve for 2 h is obtained. At the same time, according to some problems reflected in the experiment, the actual project is proposed Some practical suggestions can provide reference for related scientific research and practical application.
