目的研究肌松Ⅱ号胶囊对骨关节炎家兔滑膜组织SOD、MDA的影响,探讨其治疗OA的机制。方法应用关节制动的方法复制OA模型,12只造模成功的中国家兔,随机分为肌松组(A组)、对照组(B组)。A组用肌松胶囊和手法治疗,B组仅予以手法治疗,疗程为1月。检测治疗后滑膜组织中SOD和MDA的含量。结果A、B两组滑膜组织中SOD、MDA含量有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论肌松Ⅱ号胶囊能增加OA滑膜组织中SOD的活力,减少MDA的含量,而治疗膝骨性关节炎。
Objective To study the effect of muscle relaxant II capsule on SOD and MDA in synovial tissue of rabbits with osteoarthritis, and to explore its mechanism of OA treatment. Methods The OA model was duplicated by the method of arthralgia. Twelve successful rabbits were randomly divided into muscle relaxation group (A group) and control group (B group). Group A was treated with muscle relaxant capsules and manipulatives. Group B was only treated with manipulative therapy for a period of one month. The content of SOD and MDA in synovial tissue after treatment was measured. Results The contents of SOD and MDA in A and B groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion Musunone II capsule can increase the activity of SOD in OA synovial tissue, reduce the content of MDA, and treat knee osteoarthritis.
