已知化学上与胰腺多肽有关的NPY存在于大鼠垂体神经部。通过胰多肽抗血清的细胞免疫化学所获得的材料证明新提取的NPy是一种肽类。此文通过增加NPy的抗血清,报道大鼠和豚鼠的神经垂体和正中隆起NPy的免疫反应神经纤维的发生和分布,目的在于进一步确定它们的起源。 虽然作者观察到大鼠的NPy免疫反应神经纤维分布较分散,但主要位于这两种动物的垂体柄和正中隆起的内层。几种神经纤维明显位于垂体的神经部,尤其在相邻的中间部分,但中间连接部位缺少神经纤维,同样腺垂体部分也未发现免疫反应神
NPY is known to chemically associate with pancreatic polypeptide in the rat pituitary neurons. The material obtained by cellular immunochemistry of pancreatic polypeptide antiserum proves that the newly extracted NPy is a peptide. In this paper, NPy antisera was added to report the occurrence and distribution of NPy immunoreactive nerve fibers in rat neurons and guinea pigs, with the aim of further determining their origin. Although the authors observed that the distribution of NPy immunoreactive nerve fibers in rats is relatively scattered, they are mainly located in the pituitary stalk and the mid-raised inner layer of both animals. Several nerve fibers were clearly located in the pituitary neurons, especially in the adjacent middle part, but the central connection of the lack of nerve fibers, the same part of the pituitary gland also found no immune response to God
