July 2001 “compulsory education music course standard (experimental draft)” (hereinafter referred to as “experimental draft”) announced that over the past decade, with the rapid economic and social development, but also to education has brought new challenges. The 2010 Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) (hereinafter referred to as “the Outline of the Plan”) indicates the direction of education development in our country in the near future as well as the “Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standard (2011 Edition) ”(Hereinafter referred to as the“ New Curriculum ”) provides a theoretical basis for revision. In this article, I intend to focus on the revision of the “new curriculum standard”
