目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中苯、甲苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、三氯乙烯、正己烷、三氯甲烷、环己酮、苯乙烯、异丙醇的分析方法。方法经活性碳管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸后进样,经DB-5毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测量。结果 15种有机化合物分离良好,相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限在0.11~1.22mg/L范围内,相对标准偏差小于10%,加标回收率为在88.3%~114.0%之间。结论本法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,精密度好高和多成分同时测定的特点,可以用于15种有机污染物的同时检测,为有害物质接触人群的职业健康监护工作提供可靠的检测依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of benzene, toluene, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene, acetone, butanone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, trichlorethylene, Methane, cyclohexanone, styrene, isopropanol analytical methods. Methods Air samples were collected via activated carbon tube and desorbed with carbon disulfide. The samples were separated by DB-5 capillary column and measured by flame ionization detector. Results The 15 organic compounds were well separated and the correlation coefficients were above 0.999. The detection limits were in the range of 0.11-1.22 mg / L. The relative standard deviations were less than 10% and the recoveries were between 88.3% and 114.0%. Conclusion The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, wide linear range, high precision and simultaneous determination of multiple components. It can be used for the simultaneous detection of 15 kinds of organic pollutants and provides a reliable basis for the occupational health monitoring of people exposed to harmful substances.
