目的探究关于心理干预联合健康教育对结核门诊患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我院自2014年5月~2016年3月收治的结核门诊患者400例,依据不同的护理方式,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(常规护理的基础上附加心理干预以及健康教育)和对照组(常规护理的基础上结合心理干预),对比两组患者医疗前后的治疗依从性。结果干预前,两组患者治疗完全依从率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;干预后,观察组治疗依从率(91.00%)高于对照组(66.50%),P<0.05。结论在常规护理的基础上附加心理干预和健康教育,两者结合可以有效提高患者治疗完全依从率,防止结核患者相关负面心理产生,提高其恢复速率,在治疗中起到了非常重要的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with health education on TB compliance in treatment of outpatients. Methods 400 cases of tuberculosis outpatients admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2016 were selected. According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into observation group according to random number table (based on routine nursing, additional psychological intervention and health Education) and control group (based on routine nursing combined with psychological intervention), the two groups of patients before and after treatment compliance. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the complete complication rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). After the intervention, the compliance rate of the observation group (91.00%) was higher than that of the control group (66.50%), P <0.05. Conclusion The combination of psychological intervention and health education on the basis of routine nursing can effectively improve the complete compliance rate of patients, prevent the related negative psychology and improve the recovery rate of TB patients, and play a very important role in the treatment.
