从矿用电动轮自卸车主轴的模态和弹性力学理论入手,分析了因路面不平整引起的动载荷对主轴结构的影响,针对实车试验测试方式的弊端,建立了主轴的有限元模型,对其模态、强度、刚度作了全面分析,极端工况下安全系数为1.55,整体安全系数为1.3,仿真结果对样车的动态强度分析和结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
Starting from the modal and elastic mechanics theory of the main axle of the electric wheel dump truck, the influence of the dynamic load on the spindle structure caused by the uneven road surface is analyzed. According to the drawbacks of the real test and test mode, the finite element model of the main axle is established, The modal, strength and stiffness are analyzed comprehensively. The safety factor under extreme conditions is 1.55 and the overall safety factor is 1.3. The simulation results have certain reference value for the dynamic strength analysis and structural design of the prototype vehicle.
