本文通过对制动梁端轴检修工艺的初步分析,提出采用氧乙炔切割和二氧化碳气体保护焊工艺,实现对制动梁端轴的自动切割焊接工艺。通过探讨自动切割焊接工艺技术问题,应用自动化控制技术,设计研制了制动梁端轴自动切割焊接机。经过现场应用证明,该制动梁端轴自动切割焊接机实用可靠、检修质量高、生产效率高,降低了工人劳动强度.深受现场工人的欢迎。
Based on the preliminary analysis of the maintenance process of brake beam end shaft, this paper proposes the oxyacetylene cutting and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding process to realize the automatic cutting and welding process of the brake beam end shaft. By discussing the technical problems of automatic cutting welding process and applying automatic control technology, the automatic cutting and welding machine for brake beam end shaft is designed and manufactured. After field application proves that the brake beam end-axis automatic cutting welding machine is practical and reliable, high-quality maintenance, high production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
