随着时代的变迁,人们对住宅的品质要求越来越高,从最初只需满足人们的最基本生活要求到现在对居住环境各个方面有着各种要求。电气设计作为住宅设计的一部分,占据着举足轻重的作用,电气设计需在认真执行国家有关经济技术政策和标准规范的前提下,要求设计出能保障人身、财产、设备和建筑物安全的图纸,并力求可靠、安全、合理、节约、先进。笔者就最近设计的一个上海闸北区地王项目,浅谈对于上海高端住宅的电气设计体会。

The author recently designed a Shanghai Zhabei District Wang project, talking about Shanghai’s high-end residential electrical design experience.
