研究了 M2高速钢基体上离子氮化和离子镀 Ti N复合涂层在 50 0~ 70 0℃下的高温滑动磨损特性 .利用 XRD分析了涂层的相结构 ,用划痕法测定了涂层的结合力 ,并用 SEM观察分析了涂层磨损表面形貌和磨损机理 .结果表明 :离子氮化与离子镀 Ti N复合涂层的结合力和硬度均高于 Ti N涂层 ;其高温耐磨性优于 Ti N涂层 ;随温度升高 ,各涂层的磨损率和摩擦系数均上升 .离子氮化过渡层对 Ti N涂层起到有力的支撑作用 .涂层的主要磨损机制为粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和氧化磨损 .
The high-temperature sliding wear characteristics of ion nitriding and ion-plating Ti N composite coating on M2 high-speed steel substrate were studied at 50 ℃ ~ 70 ℃. The phase structure of the coating was analyzed by XRD. , And the surface morphology and wear mechanism of the wear surface were analyzed by SEM.The results show that the bonding strength and hardness of the TiN composite coating with ion nitriding and ion plating are both higher than that of the Ti N coating, TiN coating is better than that of TiN coating.With the increase of temperature, the wear rate and friction coefficient of each coating increase.The ion nitriding transition layer plays a strong supporting role for TiN coating.The main wear mechanism of the coating is adhesion Wear, abrasive wear and oxidative wear.
