顺应论认为语言的使用是语言使用者在语境和语言因素制约下不断进行动态顺应与选择的过程。口译则是译员根据语境需要不断进行动态语言协商和选择的过程。顺应论视域下的口译突出了语境动态顺应、语言结构动态选择及顺应过程意识凸显性的重要性。顺应论视域下的口译教学模式以口译技能教学为核心,以译员的百科知识和语言能力教学为载体,同时重视译员在整个动态顺应过程中的主体性作用。
Adaptation Theory holds that the use of language is a process in which the user of the language continuously and dynamically adapts and selects under the constraints of context and language. Interpretation is the process by which a translator continually conducts dynamic language negotiation and selection according to contextual needs. Interpretation in the Perspective of Adaptation Theory highlights the importance of dynamic adaptation of context, dynamic choice of language structure and prominence of process consciousness. The interpretation teaching mode in the field of adaptation theory takes interpretation teaching as the core, translator’s encyclopedic knowledge and language ability teaching as the carrier, and attaches importance to the translator’s subjectivity in the process of dynamic adaptation.
