文章在阐述美国、欧洲、日本、韩国金融支持科技的特点和经验的基础上，分析了我国金融业支持科技进步所面临的一些问题。本文提出的解决这些问题的主要措施是：（１）增加科技信贷投入；（２）发挥贷款的利率弹性作用；（３）创办风险投资公司；（４）建立科技银行；（５）发展金融市场和新的金融工具；（６）进一步改革和完善科技体制；（７）建立科技资金投入保障体系；（８）积极支持和推进有条件的企业集团，成立内部财务公司
Based on the characteristics and experience of the science and technology of financial support in the United States, Europe, Japan and South Korea, the article analyzes some problems our country’s financial industry faces in supporting the progress of science and technology. The main measures proposed in this paper to solve these problems are: (1) to increase investment in technology and credit; (2) to play the role of interest rate flexibility in loans; (3) to establish venture capital firms; (4) to establish science and technology banks; (5) to develop financial markets And new financial instruments; (6) to further reform and improve the scientific and technological system; (7) to establish a system for guaranteeing scientific and technological capital investment; (8) to actively support and promote qualified enterprise groups and set up internal finance companies
