比较基因组杂交 (CGH)是一种将消减杂交和荧光原位杂交 (FISH)相结合的分子细胞遗传学技术 ,可在全部染色体区带上检测基因组间DNA的拷贝数变化并定位。本文综述了CGH检测结直肠癌中的研究进展及其应用。
Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) is a molecular cytogenetic technique that combines subtractive hybridization and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) to detect DNA copy number changes and locate on the entire chromosome band. This review summarizes the research progress of CGH in the detection of colorectal cancer and its application.
