从湖北省大冶市某矿区土壤中分离到1株可以在含7 mmol.L-1铬(Cr6+)的培养基上正常生长的菌株,命名为MD08。对该菌株进行了形态学观察和生理生化鉴定以及16S rDNA序列分析。结果表明,MD08为革兰氏阳性细菌,椭圆形,中央有1个大的芽孢,利用葡萄糖产气产酸,甲基红试验显示为阴性;通过对该菌株的16S rDNA进行测序和同源性比较,发现它与芽孢杆菌的同源性达到99%,该菌株被鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium);MD08对多种重金属普遍具有较高的抗性,可以用于重金属污染的微生物修复和研究微生物与重金属的相互作用。
A strain which can grow normally on the medium containing 7 mmol.L-1 chromium (Cr6 +) was isolated from the soil of a mine in Daye City, Hubei Province and named as MD08. The strain was observed morphologically and biochemically and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The results showed that MD08 was a Gram-positive bacterium, oval and had 1 large spore in the center. The glucose was used to produce acid and the methyl red test showed negative results. By sequencing the 16S rDNA of the strain and homology It was found to be 99% homologous to Bacillus, and the strain was identified as Bacillus megaterium. MD08 was generally resistant to many heavy metals and could be used for microbial remediation of heavy metal pollution and To study the interaction of microorganisms with heavy metals.
