面向ERP企业资源计划系统的实施过程,其实就是计划实施顾问方、系统应用方和软件提供方三方之间的知识相互转移过程,所以如何进行知识流的转移和管理是ERP项目成败的关键。本文从知识流管理的角度出发,对ERP实施中的知识进行了细化的分类,并构建了ERP实施中不同知识结构之间转化的知识流管理系统,解决了该过程中可能存在的知识缺口等问题。
ERP implementation of the ERP system is actually planned to implement the knowledge transfer process between consultants, system application providers and software providers, so how to transfer and manage knowledge flow is the key to the success or failure of an ERP project. From the perspective of knowledge flow management, this paper classifies the knowledge in ERP implementation and constructs a knowledge flow management system that transforms the different knowledge structures in ERP implementation, and solves the possible knowledge gaps in the process And other issues.
