本文研究武汉易家墩地区利用工业及生活污水养殖,非挥发性有机致突变物在塘水,鱼体组织及底泥中的存在状况及相互关系。结果显示鱼塘水受到污水的严重污染,水样(经换算后体积)100m1/皿即对TA98、TA100菌株具有致突变性,鱼样(经换算后重量)0.1g/皿时就表现为阳性,提示水中有机致突变物可通过食物链危害人体健康。鱼塘底泥在本实验中未显阳性结果。
In this paper, the status and relationship between industrial and domestic sewage culture and non-volatile organic mutants in ponds, fish tissues and sediments in Yijiaodun area of Wuhan were studied. The results showed that the pond water was seriously polluted by wastewater. The water sample (after volume conversion) of 100m1 / dish had mutagenicity to TA98 and TA100 strains, and the fish sample (converted to the weight of 0.1g / dish) appeared positive , Suggesting that organic mutagen in water can endanger human health through the food chain. Fish pond sediment in this experiment did not show positive results.
