反思,即反省、沉思,英文是reflection。哲学中通常指精神的自我活动与内省的方法,是心灵以自己的活动作为对象而反观自照。教学反思是教师以自己的实践过程为思考对象,对自己所做出的行动、决策以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析。教师专业成长是指教师通过一定的途径和方法,成为一名让领导放心、让家长满意、让学生喜欢的好老师。主要体现在两个方面:一是有专业素养,比如有教育智慧,有真才实学,善于管理;二 Reflection, that reflection, contemplation, English is reflection.
