目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方甲硝唑乳膏中甲硝唑和氯霉素的含量。方法:采用Hypersil BDS C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.1%三乙胺-甲醇(70:30,用磷酸调节pH至5.5)为流动相;检测波长为278nm。结果:甲硝唑在0.29~2.34μg(r=0.999 9)的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)为100.0%,RSD=0.1%;氯霉素在0.10~0.82μg(r=0.999 9)的范围内线形关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)为100.2%,RSD=0.1%(n=9)。结论:方法简便、结果准确,可以有效控制该试剂中甲硝唑和氯霉素的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in compound metronidazole cream. Methods: The mobile phase was Hypersil BDS C 18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with 0.1% triethylamine-methanol (70:30, adjusted to pH 5.5 with phosphoric acid). The detection wavelength was 278 nm. RESULTS: Metronidazole showed a good linearity in the range of 0.29 ~ 2.34μg (r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.0% (n = 9) and a RSD of 0.1% = 0.999 9). The average recovery (n = 9) was 100.2% with RSD = 0.1% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can effectively control the content of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in this reagent.
