提出了一种新的梯级水电站短期优化运行的数学模型,它包括两个子模型:周期平稳日优化运行模型和过渡日优化运行模型。由于梯级间水流流达时间的存在,这种作法既考虑了当天运行对以后的联系和影响,也考虑了实时运行中可能的偏离,这与目前国内外普遍使用的模型与方法有着明显的优点。并且在考虑水流流达时间影响的条件下,首次提出了梯级水电站日优化运行的最优性条件。
A new mathematic model for short-term optimal operation of cascaded hydropower stations is proposed. It includes two sub-models: optimized cycle model and optimized cycle model. Due to the existence of water flow time between steps, this approach not only considers the connection and impact of the operation on the day after, but also considers possible deviations in real-time operation, which has obvious advantages compared with the widely used models and methods at home and abroad . Under the condition of considering the impact of water flow time, the optimal conditions of daily optimum operation of cascaded hydropower stations are proposed for the first time.
