为了得到mN级推力架的静态特性,使用砝码对推力架进行静态标定,得到推力架的灵敏度、线性度、滞后性、重复性、分辨率、稳定性。证明电磁反馈力法能用于mN级的推力测量。分析推力测量过程中的影响因素,得到推力测量值的不确定度。确定推力架静态特性是测量不确定度的主要来源。推进剂供给管路带来的零位漂移,使得推力测量值的不确定度增加。
In order to obtain the static characteristics of mN thrust frame, the static calibration of the thrust frame using a weight, the thrust frame sensitivity, linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, resolution, stability. Proof of electromagnetic feedback method can be used for mN level thrust measurement. Analyze the influencing factors in the process of thrust measurement and get the uncertainty of thrust measurement. Determine the static characteristics of the thrust frame is the main source of measurement uncertainty. Drift from the propellant supply line shifts the uncertainty of the thrust measurement.
