本文从科学管理的角度探讨外语教学,提出系统与全局观、效率与效益观、成就与发展观。作者认为,教学中的有关因素应该从共时和历时两个维度考察;知识技能应该考虑其价值和所需要的学习时间。此外,作者借鉴国际政治学中的克莱因方程分析学生的智力、英语水平、学习策略、学习动机与发展潜力之间的关系,并且提出相应的建议。
This paper discusses foreign language teaching from the perspective of scientific management, and proposes a system and overall view, a view of efficiency and efficiency, and an achievement and development perspective. The author believes that the relevant factors in teaching should be examined from two dimensions: synchronic and diachronic; knowledge and skills should consider its value and the required learning time. In addition, the author draws lessons from the Klein equation in international politics to analyze the relationship between students’ intelligence, English proficiency, learning strategies, learning motivation and development potential, and put forward corresponding suggestions.
