目前市场对非对称轴类件的需求量较大,该类零件的生产仍以锻造方法为主,存在着材料利用率低、生产环境差和污染严重等缺点。楔横轧作为一种先进的轴类件成形技术,它克服了上述缺点,优点独具。但是在非对称轴类件生产领域,尤其是无法使用楔横轧对称轧制的场合,依然存在着很多的问题亟需解决。本文介绍了非对称楔横轧轧制的特点,重点介绍了该领域的主要研究成果,分析并指出了该工艺的未来发展趋势。
Currently, there is a great demand for asymmetric shaft parts in the market. The production of such parts is still dominated by forging methods, which have the disadvantages of low material utilization, poor production environment and serious pollution. Cross wedge rolling as an advanced shaft forming technology, which overcomes the above shortcomings, the advantages of unique. However, in the field of asymmetric shaft parts production, especially when the cross wedge rolling can not be used, there are still many problems to be solved. This paper introduces the characteristics of asymmetric cross wedge rolling, mainly introduces the main research results in this field, analyzes and points out the future development trend of the process.
