针对大调整量扣件系统结构设计,尽量利用现有的部件,以缩短研发周期和降低成本为原则,对大调整量扣件系统进行了研发。文章从其具体结构形式、尺寸、轨距调整、高低调整及刚度匹配等方面对大调整量扣件系统设计进行了详述,最后对铁垫板、螺栓及复合套管等一些零部件进行了力学检算,从理论的角度证明了其设计的合理性。
Aiming at the structural design of large adjustment fasteners system, making full use of the existing components, R & D of the large adjustment fastener system has been carried out to reduce the development cycle and reduce the cost. In this paper, the design of large-sized adjustment fastener system is described in detail from the aspects of its structure, size, gauge adjustment, height adjustment and stiffness matching. Finally, some components such as iron plate, bolt and composite sleeve are made Mechanical calculation, from a theoretical point of view to prove the rationality of its design.
