砂石料投资在水利水电工程投资中占有重要的地位,一般要占总投的10%～15%左右,所以砂石料成本的计算准确度将直接影响工程的总投资。砂石骨料成本的范围包括:骨料覆盖层的摊销;生产工艺流程费;运输、加工、堆存、级配不均等损失费,施工照明类等。砂石骨料成本的计算方法可分为4个阶段,即覆盖层清除、主料开采运输、筛清堆存、成品料运输。砂石骨料成本计算还应有独立性、适应性和完整性。
Aggregate investment plays an important role in investment in water conservancy and hydropower projects, and generally accounts for about 10% ~ 15% of the total investment. Therefore, the calculation accuracy of aggregate cost will directly affect the total investment of the project. The scope of the aggregate cost of aggregate includes: amortization of aggregate cover; production process flow fee; loss of transportation, processing, stockpiling, uneven grading, construction lighting and the like. Gravel aggregate cost calculation method can be divided into four stages, namely cover removal, the main material extraction and transportation, sieving stockpile, finished material transport. Gravel aggregate cost calculation should also have independence, adaptability and integrity.
