为提高织物质量和满足喷气织机高速工况的要求,在ARM微控制器LPC2294的丰富硬件资源的基础上,研制了具有高速、高实时性的电子送经卷取控制系统。采用模块化方式设计硬件电路,在软件控制上采用具有高实时性的μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统。该架构不但便于系统升级和维护,而且经过对张力采样时间的分析和计算,证实其满足系统的高实时性要求。另外,系统采用多主CAN-bus通讯技术与主控制器进行信息通讯,提高了织机的工作效率。
In order to improve the quality of fabric and meet the requirements of high speed operation of air-jet loom, an electronic take-up and take-up control system with high speed and high real-time was developed on the basis of rich hardware resources of LPC2294 ARM microcontroller. The modular design of the hardware circuit, the software control with high real-time μC / OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system.
