建筑工程项目管理指的是对项目的所有活动实施决策与计划、组织与指挥、控制与协调等一系列工作来保证工程质量、缩短工期、提高投资效益等目的管理活动。伴随社会经济水平飞速发展,建筑行业的发展也迎来的新的春天,建筑工程的项目品种也随之丰富多彩起来。如果一个建筑企业要想在日趋白热化的市场竞争中占据重要的一席之地,就一定要思考如何提高建筑工程的项目管理,只有对严格控制管理工程项目,才能使其更好地与社会发展总体水平相协调。文章对当今中国建筑工程上常见的工程项目管理模式进行了分析,然后就提出了经常遇到的问题,并对优化建筑工程项目的管理模式提出了一些拙见。
