目的探讨血府逐瘀胶囊和心脉通合用对老年男性颈动脉IMT和斑块的影响。方法采用色彩多普勒超声方法,对有经动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的老年男性患者98日,随机分成心脉通治疗(A组)45例,血府逐瘀胶囊+心脉通(B组)53例。服药前和6个月后的颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)和斑块数量进行对比。结果两组服药前后的IMT和斑块检出率及面积有明显差别(P<0.05～0.01)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊与心脉通合用可增强稳定和消退斑块的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule and Xinmaitong on carotid IMT and plaque in elderly men. Methods The color Doppler ultrasound was used to divide the senile male patients with atherosclerotic plaque into 98 cases of Atherosclerosis (A group), 45 cases of Xuemaizhuyu capsules + B Group) 53 cases. Carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and plaque count were compared before and 6 months after treatment. Results Before and after treatment, the IMT and plaque detection rate and area were significantly different (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu Capsule combined with the heart can enhance the role of stable and dissipated plaque.
