目的:建立参苏片中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC方法对制剂中所含葛根素进行含量测定。结果:高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定葛根素,可达基线分离,葛根素对照品进样量在0.015～0.075μg内呈线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.33%(n=5)。结论:该法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of puerarin in Shenfu tablets. Methods: The content of puerarin contained in the preparation was determined by HPLC method. Results: The determination of puerarin by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) reached baseline separation. The injection volume of puerarin was linear within 0.015-0.075 μg, with an average recovery of 99.4% and RSD of 0.33 % (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and can be used as a quality control method for this preparation.
