中央政治局于去年12月做出了关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众的八项规定。今年4月,中共中央政治局又决定从下半年开始,在全党自上而下,分批开展党的群众路线教育实践活动。较长时间以来,领导干部在群众中的公信力明显减弱,直接影响工作的开展,强调改进工作作风势在必行,所以目前来说,搞这样的活动,是十分必要的、及时的,将受到广大群众的欢迎。时下,在选拔、选聘领导干部,公务员考录等考试中,不少面试考题都与工作作风有关。对于这类问题,考生需要做辩证的分析,客观地回答。现将近几年面试题中涉及领导干部工作作风的问题加以整理,择其典型做分类解析。
