预算管理是行政事业单位内部管理的重要组成部分,它是行政事业单位履行职能的基础,是落实国家重大政策的途径和手段,对于事业单位和国家来说,有重大的意义。但现行的行政事业单位预算管理严重滞后于财政资金运行管理机制。本文通过对行政事业单位预算管理现状进行深入调研,结合笔者工作的实际情况,分析了目前行政事业单位在预算管理方面存在的问题,并就此提出了相应的对策。 Budget management is an important part of the internal management of administrative institutions.
