目的:探讨基于护士核心能力的带教管理模式在护理实习生临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2016~2018年在该院进行实习的护生为本研究对象,根据实习时间的先后顺序分为对照组和研究组。2016年6月至2017年4月在该院实习的35名护生为对照组,给予常规带教管理模式;2017年6月至2018年4月在该院实习的37名护生为研究组,给予基于护士核心能力的带教管理模式。对两组护理实习生实习结束后的考核成绩、核心能力及对带教质量的满意度进行调查并比较。结果:实习结束后,研究组护理实习生的理论和技能成绩得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);研究组护理实习生的核心能力得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);研究组护理实习生对带教质量的满意度得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:基于护士核心能力的带教管理模式能显著提升护理实习生的核心能力和对带教质量的满意度,增强了带教老师和护理实习生的主观能动性,实现了教学相长。“,”Objective:To explore the application effect of teaching management mode based on nurses' core competence in clinical teaching of nursing interns.Methods:Nursing students who practiced in the hospital from 2016 to 2018 were selected as the objects of this study and divided into control group and study group according to the order of internship time.Thirty-five nursing students who practiced in the hospital from June 2016 to April 2017 were the control group and given the routine teaching management mode.From June 2017 to April 2018, 37 nursing students who practiced in the hospital were the study group, and were given the teaching management mode based on the core competence of nurses.The two groups of nursing interns after the end of the examination results, core competence and teaching quality satisfaction were investigated and compared.Results:After the internship, the theory and skill scores of the nursing interns in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(n P<0.05). The core competence scores of nursing interns in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(n P<0.05). The satisfaction score of nursing interns in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The teaching management mode based on the core competence of nurses can significantly improve the core competence and the satisfaction of teaching quality of nursing interns, enhance the subjective initiative of teaching teachers and nursing interns, and achieve teaching benefits.
