针对我国大中型城市面临的蔬菜价格调控难题,本文以大连市为例深入分析了蔬菜价格领域存在的主要问题,揭示了这些问题的根源,并提出建立以地产蔬菜为调控手段的均衡供应体系、完善和规制农产品流通体系、健全以保障市民民生为目的的价格补贴制度等具体对策。本研究对破解大中型城市蔬菜价格调控难题具有一定的参考价值。 In order to solve the problem of vegetable price control faced by large and medium-sized cities in our country, this paper takes Dalian as an example to deeply analyze the main problems in the field of vegetable prices, reveals the root causes of these problems and proposes to establish a balanced supply system with real estate vegetables as the regulatory means, Improve and regulate the flow of agricultural products circulation system and improve the people’s livelihood for the purpose of the price subsidy system and other specific measures.
