自1989年至2000年共施行内腔镜式膀胱颈悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁16例,获得良好的效果,现就我们的治疗体会报告如下。 临床资料 本组病人16例,年龄47～72岁,平均52岁,5例工人,11例农民,全部病例无剖腹产,子女均在二位以上,其中3例有4位子女。病程5～20年不等。多数病人都接受过中西药物的治疗,其中2例在外单位做过经阴道尿道折叠,术后半年又
From 1989 to 2000, a total of 16 cases of female stress urinary incontinence were treated with endoscopic mirror-assisted bladder neck suspension, and good results were obtained. The report of our treatment is as follows. Clinical data The group of patients in 16 cases, aged 47 to 72 years, mean 52 years old, 5 workers, 11 farmers, all cases without caesarean section, children are more than two, of which 3 cases have 4 children.
