采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,研究了温度与甘蓝型油菜polima细胞质雄性不育系07A及真保持系07B叶片和茎尖酯酶同工酶的变化。结果表明。不同生育期的环境温度对07A体内酯酶同工酶种类和活性都有影响、温度过高或过低都会使酯酶同工酶种类减少(前期),活性降低、高温比低温的变化大。07A在低温下、产生微量花粉与体内酯酶同工酶活性较强有关。其不育性的形成与花药中缺少3种酯酶同工酶相关。07B在两种环境温度下,叶片和茎尖酯酶同工酶的表现不尽一致。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to study the changes of esterase isozymes in leaves and shoot tips of polima cytoplasmic male sterile line 07A and true maintainer line 07B of Brassica napus. The results show. The environmental temperature at different growth stages had effects on the types and activities of esterase isozymes in 07A body. When the temperature was too high or too low, the types of esterase isozymes were decreased (early stage), the activities were decreased, and the changes of high temperature and low temperature were larger than those under low temperature. 07A at low temperatures, produce trace amounts of pollen and esterase isoenzyme activity in the body stronger. The formation of sterility is related to the lack of three esterase isozymes in anthers. 07B Esterase isoenzyme performance varies between leaves and shoot tips at both ambient temperatures.
