企业与媒体关系的和谐对企业应对公共危机和社会舆论引导有着重要的作用。重视企业与媒体的关系,构建有效的公共危机应对的机制机制,对全媒体时代的企业发展具有战略性的促进作用。如何应对企业公共(或突发)危机事件要树立危机等于危险加机会的意识或理念,遵循以人为本、有效及时沟通和客观公正的原则,是企业应对公共危机、维持与媒体和公众良好关系的有效策略。
The harmony between business and media relations plays an important role in coping with public crises and guiding public opinions.
